Saturday 9 am to 6:00 pm
Closed on Sunday and Monday

Gift
Certificate Policy
It is our pleasure to redeem and honor your
Amata Gift Certificate for services. Our promise
is to never discriminate against or postpone
Gift Certificate Appointments. Our ONLY requirement
is that you bring the valid Gift Certificate
with you for proper redemption at time of payment.
Regarding Gift Certificates purchased prior
to February 19, 2008:
As you may know, Amata ownership changed on
February 19th of this year and we wish to maintain
good relations with long time customers. The
previous owners left records of the gift certificates
within the computer system. In order to honor
the monetary value of a gift certificate
purchased prior to February 19, 2008, we must
uphold the following policies:
The original purchase date of the Gift
Certificate must be within 12 months of the
date of services received. If it has been more
than 12 months since the Gift Certificate was
purchased, it is expired and we will not be
able to honor it, it will not appear in our
system.
We are able to confirm the Gift Certificate's
value and expiration date, please ask us before
receiving your services. We recommend you provide
the Gift Certificate number at the time you
make your appointment(s).

Our Front Desk Agents are not authorized to
address a dispute regarding the value or validity
of a Gift Certificate.
If, despite our efforts, we are unable
to rectify a dispute satisfactorily, our corporate
office will provide you with the contact information
for the previous ownership. All monies received
for these purchases prior to February 19, 2008
went to the previous owners and we have no record
of the transactions, simply a listing of Gift
Certificates

Guidelines
for the enjoyment of your
Spa Experience
To
assist you in enjoying your spa experience to the fullest;
we offer the following suggestions:
Spa
Attire
Robes
and sandals are provided for your comfort if you have
multiple appointments in the Spa area. For single appointments
you will be given ample opportunity to change in your
treatment room. You will be given the opportunity to
disrobe and cover yourself in privacy. During all treatments
the body is fully draped except for the area being worked
on. Disposable undergarments are always available for
your comfort.
We
recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes
prior to your scheduled service to check-in,
prepare for your spa visit and enjoy the benefits of
the spa facilities. Arriving late will limit the time
for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness
and your pleasure. Independently of its start time,
your treatment will end on time so the next guest is
not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be
charged.
To
ensure you enjoy your Spa experience to the fullest,
please tell your service provider which areas to focus
on and any areas to avoid. Keep in mind that
body work is similar to exercise and releases lactic
acid and other toxins that may cause soreness for up
to a few days.
Reservations
& Cancellation Policy
It
is recommended that you schedule your spa and salon
services as far in advance as possible.
As
a courtesy to other guests and our service providers,
we ask that you notify us a minimum of 6 hours in advance
if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. We
will ask for form or payment or credit card information
to hold your appointment space. Fifty percent (50%)
of the value of the treatment will be charged for cancellations
received less than 6 hours before a scheduled appointment.
No-Shows and cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled
service are subject to charge at full value.
